Groom's Checklist

Engagement Ring make sure you know the ring size.
Pop the question make it a memorable moment.
Choose a date with your fiancee.
Pick out places to have the reception. Get a jump on this, because these places do get booked up very early. Especially if your wedding in the summer months.
Choose your Best Man, Groomsmen and Ushers.
Start working on the guest list.
Meet with Priest, rabbi, Justice of the Peace, the choice is yours.
Choose the disk jockey

6 months go by

Planning for your honeymoon. Apply for a passport if your traveling out of the country
Shop for Wedding Rings
finish up the Guest List
Check requirements for Blood Tests and Marriage License
Get the transportation to the ceremony and reception handled.

3 Months Left. Put it in second gear.

Tuxes for the Groom, Best Man and Groomsmen .
Honeymoon Plans
Last chance to go over the guest list, with everyone involved for approval.
Go to the jeweler to get your fingers measured for your wedding bands. Decide on inscriptions. Order them.

Step it up 2 months left

Meet with the person performing the ceremony to finalize the ceremony details
Rehearsal Dinner time to plan it
Arrangements for the Flowers,  which are normally the Grooms responsibility.

30 days and counting

Get your bride's wedding gift. Make sure it's a personal and memorable gift.
Schedule Final Fittings for Tuxedos, and make sure all Wedding Attire has been ordered.
Purchase Gifts for Best Man, Groomsmen and Ushers.
Business and Legal Affairs, such as adding Brides name to Insurance Policies,  Medical Plans, Add her name to Checking Accounts.

2 weeks your almost there

File for your Marriage License with your bride to be.
If moving get a change of address card to the Post Office. Arrange to have utilities turned on in your new home. If your not Moving - continue with cleaning and reorganizing your home and help your fiancée with the moving of her things
Bachelor Party
Pick out the groomsmen gifts. These men will be doing a lot of work for you on wedding day. Make sure you get them something they might enjoy. Pick up your wedding rings and check the engraving to see if everything spelled correct.
7 days till you become the happiest man on earth
Go over the Final Details with fiancée.,
Pick up the tux, try it on and check yourself out.
Make sure Best Man & Ushers get their Wedding Attire
Reconfirm All Honeymoon Reservations - If flying, Make Sure you have the Plane Tickets
Have your Hair Cut
Make sure your Attendants are at the Rehearsal, and know their Duties
Make sure your Ushers are aware of Special Seating Arrangements
Attend your Rehearsal Dinner - Relax and Enjoy Yourself!
Go To Bed Early!

The Wedding Day Congratulations!

Be sure to eat your wheaties.
Make sure your luggage is in the Car or Hotel where you will stay your First Night
Get Dressed: Start at least One Hour before the Ceremony.
Bring your Wedding License to the Officinal at Rehearsal, be sure it is filled out properly  so it can be signed and returned to you after your Wedding
Give the Best Man the Bride's Wedding Ring.
Prepare the Officinal Fee or Gift in an Envelope, and give it to the Best Man so he 
can present it after the ceremony.
Don't Forget the Marriage License, Make sure it's Signed by person performing ceremony & Witnesses
